When you sign up for Decoded, we collect your email address. When you submit a guest, brand, or presenting form, we collect the fields you fill in plus your IP and the timestamp.
How we use it
Email addresses are used solely to deliver the newsletter you signed up for. Inquiry submissions are used solely to respond to your inquiry. We don't sell, rent, or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.
Tools we use
An email service provider (newsletter delivery), Airtable (form intake), Google Analytics 4 (anonymised site usage), and Search Console. Each tool has its own privacy policy that applies to the data they hold on our behalf.
Cookies
The site uses essential cookies for functionality and anonymised analytics cookies. No advertising or tracking cookies are used.
Your rights
You can request access, correction, or deletion of any personal data we hold about you by emailing hello@decodingwisdom.com. We respond within 30 days.
Children
This site is not directed at children under 13. We don't knowingly collect personal information from children.
Effective date
This Privacy Policy is effective from May 2026. Material changes will be announced via the site and the newsletter at least 30 days before they take effect.
