Ammar Sikandar is the co-founder and CEO of Kingsmen Capital Investments, a Toronto-based fintech firm that's spent a decade making business funding more accessible for Canadian entrepreneurs, providing term loans, lines of credit, and equipment financing to small and medium-sized businesses the big banks often turn away. Before founding Kingsmen, Ammar started out as a strategy consultant at Bell managing large-scale telecom projects, then moved into private capital markets as a corporate account manager - experience that shaped his instinct for helping Canada's lower middle-market businesses access the capital they need to grow. He also serves as managing partner of Growth Street Capital, an SME fintech debt fund, and is an avid cricketer who's played competitively across Toronto, England, and Pakistan.
