Handreen Hussian
CEO, Canadian Security Solutions
Handreen Hussian is the CEO of Canadian Security Solutions, a London, Ontario-based security company built around ethical, community-first safety solutions for residential, commercial, and event clients. Before stepping fully into that role, Handreen spent time in the corporate world at Deloitte, and has also served as an Executive in Residence and Board of Advisors member at Ivey Business School at Western University, giving him a foot in both the boardroom and the classroom. On Decoding Wisdom, Handreen unpacks what it actually takes to build self-awareness and stay grounded while juggling a day job and a growing business at the same time - the motivational drivers that keep you moving, the discipline of spotting burnout before it spots you, and the grit it takes to put yourself out there and keep going anyway.

I sat down with my good mate Handreen Hussian - an engineer who jumped to the Big 4 consulting grind before steering his own ship as CEO of Canadian Security Solutions. The journey’s been anything but linear, and that’s exactly why this conversation hits hard.
Sachin and Handreen go deep on the moments that shaped the work - the visible wins, the invisible costs, and the frameworks that survived the experience.
